Event Details
This will be a ticketed event, due to increased venue costs and logistics. Free tickets will be provided to selected volunteers, panelists, and theme camp leads. This event is 100% funded by our community. We have no corporate sponsors, and no deep pockets. Our goal is to keep ticket prices low, but to fundraise enough to ensure these events are safe and well organized.
We pride ourselves on building inclusive spaces for people to gather and express themselves freely. Our events are family-friendly and highly structured. We base every decision on the 3 principles of Leave No Trace, self-reliance, and teamwork. If this sounds like something you’d like to be a part of, please join us and shape the future of our events.

Exhibitors
Registration is now open for the following exhibitor roles:
- Artists (original work)
- Vendors (food sales and retail merch)
- Community Booths (nonprofits and conventions)
All exhibitors must bring their own tent and supplies. The discounted Artist rate applies to those who create 80% of their own product. No AI. No plagiarism. Vendors must choose between either food or retail merch, but not both. Community booths may apply for a gifted space. Please read the terms before applying. If you have any questions, reach out!
