We are a small but mighty event, and growing steadily. Our last event in Miami had around 700 participants, and our website has seen over 70,000 clicks from around 10,000 users so far in 2026. These are quality interactions from real people, not just bots or artificial counts. Our network runs deep. We are focused on establishing trust and authenticity over hype.

Local Partner Package – Groveland 2026
Feature your business/organization at our third annual Lake David Park event!
We provide:
- A webpage listing on animeinthepark.com
- Prominent placement on the Groveland 2026 event page
- 10 free ticket voucher codes
- 40 discount voucher codes
- Social media shoutout
- Map locator (for nearby businesses)
You will receive a listing on our website directory that’s featured on the main Groveland 2026 page. Your business will be pinned on at least one map on the site as well. The Instagram post will be made on our official @animeinthepark page, tagging your page as a collaborator. Ten free ticket vouchers will be provided, along with a public discount voucher code that has your name built into it. These vouchers will simply be codes that you can use for giveaways or promotions.
Cost:
- $149.99 plus tax
Total cost is $160.49 after 7% FL sales tax. There are no hidden fees or surcharges.
This is a $249.90 value just for the tickets alone.
You provide:
- An image for your main profile
- Your website, Instagram handle, and Bluesky page
- A brief bio about your business/organization
Please provide as many of these data points as possible so we can build your listing. If you can’t crop the image exactly, our team can do it for you. Otherwise, please provide a 1200px wide by 630px tall image for your main profile.
Creative Options

- Discounts for cosplayers and attendees
You can build special menus or things that align with the event, and we can help promote/post them. These images can be sent in any size, and we can post them on your page and other places. Offering discounts to cosplayers and badge holders is a great way to collaborate. We encourage creative ways to empower local business and build our community up!
Exclusivity
A maximum of 6 sponsors will be selected. This is an exclusive position.
Groveland Exchange
Tenants of the Groveland Exchange qualify for a special discounted price of $64.99 each.
This option will include 5 free ticket vouchers instead of 10.
Everything else will remain the same.
Legal Agreements
Only accepted sponsorship requests will be published.
We offer no claim that these efforts will result in increased business. We simply do our best to promote you as outlined on this page.
We reserve the right to refuse to advertise/partner with any entity, for any reason. Harmful or offensive content will not be posted on our site or endorsed.
Timeframes
Deadline to request an advertising agreement is September 30.
Payment due no later than October 9.
The sooner you register, the sooner we can process and post your listing.
