Register a community booth at our next event!
These booths are provided at discounted or free rates, and are only available for non-profits, fan conventions, and other entities that may qualify. You must provide your own canopy tent, tables, chairs, etc. Please note that sales are typically not allowed at community booths. Please register online and more details will be provided.
If you wish to bring something more elaborate, consider hosting a Theme Camp instead.

Park Rules
All canopy tents must be secured using either weights or stakes. Arrive prepared. Some areas have incredibly tough ground, and it may be hard to drive stakes in.
Weights must be 35 pounds or more on EACH tent leg. Please take this measurement seriously. If your tent flies away and damages property, you will be held responsible.
Styrofoam is not allowed at any parks in Miami-Dade county.
Insurance
All exhibitors must be insured, and name NetsuCon Events, LLC as additional insured.
