Register as a vendor at our next event!

This is the Vendor Registration page, for businesses selling either merchandise or food/beverages. Please use the Artist application if you sell mostly items that you created or designed.
Vendors are classified as either merchandise vendors or food vendors. You must pick one. Merchandise vendors are not allowed to sell any food or drink. Food vendors must provide any licenses or insurance requirements as determined by each county/park. Details will be provided during the preflight process.
Read our Artist and Vendor Survival Guide for some tips on hosting a booth at our events.
Agreements
Applicants must read and agree to the following documents:
Please read these legal documents in their entirety. You must agree to these terms in order to participate in our events. Below is a summary of some of the more important elements:
All exhibitors are expected to be 100% self-reliant. You must bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and supplies. Everything you pack in, you must pack out. Leave No Trace.
Plagiarism and the use of AI in generating media content will not be tolerated.
No refunds for any reason. These are rain or shine events. Unless a state of emergency is announced, we will continue the show. For extreme weather cancelations, if we are able to get any refunds from the venue, we will make partial refunds to all exhibitors. Please understand that everyone involved is taking a risk, and hoping for the best outcomes.
Everyone is expected to work as a team. You will need to read important documents and follow the plan. Please be ready to help each other as well. These events can only survive if strong and independent people work together towards a common goal.
The purpose of Anime in the Park is to build safe spaces of creativity and joy. Please respect the three principles of Leave No Trace, Self-Reliance, and Teamwork.
