These booths are provided at discounted or free rates, and are only available for non-profits, fan conventions, and other entities that may qualify. You must provide your own canopy tent, tables, chairs, etc. If you wish to bring something more elaborate, consider hosting a Theme Camp instead.

Disclaimers
These disclaimers are no substitute for reading our agreements, but for transparency and clarity, we’re going to list a few important things to know, so you can make an informed decision about your participation:
- There will be loud bass music.
- The event is outdoors, in the elements, rain or shine.
- You are entirely responsible for your merchandise and your well-being.
- There are no financial guarantees.
In short, you must be self-reliant, tough and responsible.
Agreements
To host a booth at our event, you must agree to a few things. READ THESE CAREFULLY. They are important. Our agreements are:
1. The standard Anime in the Park Terms & Conditions, which apply to everyone.
2. The Exhibitor Space Terms, which apply to promo booths.
3. The Rules, which apply to everyone.
Please read all three documents carefully. They outline clear expectations, and cover important things like liability and warranty. By participating in this event, you are waiving the right to sue Anime in the Park. You are entering into an agreement that does not include any warranty or guarantee. These are rain or shine events held outdoors under the elements. Please come prepared to protect yourself and your merchandise.
Age Requirements
You must be 18 or older to host a booth alone.
Leave No Trace
These are Leave No Trace (LNT) events. That means no trash or items can be left behind. You must leave your space looking as good or better than before. You are responsible for your area, even if you didn’t make the mess. Please do you part to keep the park beautiful! We do this because it’s the right thing to do, and because we want to get invited back to host events again.
Treat these events like camping. Everything that you pack in, you must pack out. This includes zip ties, boxes, bags, etc. Do not overburden the park system with excess trash. You can throw away food waste, but please don’t fill the waste bins needlessly, or leave behind a mess. If it doesn’t stink, take it home to throw away!
We run these events at break even costs. It’s a lot of work and time, and we want to keep artist dues very low. We can only continue to do this if we all work together to keep the parks clean. Anyone caught dumping excess trash or leaving a mess behind will be banned from future events and held financially responsible for any damages (such as additional cleanup fees).
Self-Reliance
These events require a bit of self-reliance. You will be hauling in your own equipment, setting up a tent, tables, chairs, etc. These events are outdoors, in Florida. It can be hot, rainy, cold, etc. The freedom you experience in being able to build your own world under a 10×10 canopy is so worth it though. We are building a little village for a day. You are part of it. The more amazing you are, the more amazing our event will be. Level up with us!
Teamwork
Finally, Anime in the Park is about teamwork. It’s what ties together LNT and self-reliance. Out of the amazing efforts that each individual makes, we form a community and build memorable experiences for ourselves and others.
If you need help, ask.
We have an amazing group of reliable individuals who are here to build something beautiful.
