Public Infrastructure Provider

We need moar shade tents!

If you want to keep people happy, consider becoming a PIP (Public Infrastructure Provider). This is way cooler than being a VIP! Besides, everyone’s important.

So what is is this really asking for?

Bring a pop up tent to Anime in the Park so we can all enjoy more shade!

If you have a pop up tent that you’d like to bring to our event, we would be very grateful! Remember, this is a free event that has no financial backing. We’re just doing it. Somehow. But we need help.

Sign up below if you’d like to bring a shade structure to our event. There’s only a few rules:

  • No stakes (it breaks the irrigation system)
  • Each tent leg must have a 35 pound weight (so it doesn’t fly away)
  • You need to get approved first, and set up in the designated area (so it’s not total chaos)
  • You must allow the general public to enjoy the shade under it (because that’s the whole point)
  • No selling items (if you want to sell stuff, you need to sign up as an artist or vendor)

This form is for the Lake David Park 2025 event on April 26.

Please note if it's a slant leg tent, which are slightly smaller.
